The Longest Day is a tribute to our caregiver heroes and those facing Alzheimer's. It’s a day of hope, love, and resilience. It’s a day to rally together and show the world that Alzheimer's can't break our spirits. For The Longest Day, we're challenging you and your loved ones – families, friends, neighbors, and coworkers – to form teams, organize fundraising events, and fight Alzheimer's from sunrise to sunset.

Choose activities you love and design a day with special meaning for your team. Go all day or take shifts. Don’t rule anything out—how you approach The Longest Day is up to you! Start brainstorming now or join an activity below. Questions? Leave us a message with this form, or call our 24/7 Helpline at 800.272.3900.

The Longest Day's dawn-to-dusk challenge symbolizes the difficult Alzheimer's journey and the strength and endurance of caregivers. Your event can take place any day in the month of June, Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month, so please pick the day that works best for your team.

Just be sure to mark your calendars and join us for the Wrap-up Celebration on Monday, June 20, the longest day of the year!

"More than anything, The Longest Day has helped me to realize that we are not alone in this disease. Alzheimer's is an extremely isolating illness for everyone involved, but the people I've met through this event have been nothing short of amazing. I'm happy to call them my friends!"
