Reach the Beach Adventure Relay

For the third year in a row, the Run for the Memory team will be participating in New Hampshire’s Reach the Beach (RTB) Relay! RTB is the longest distance running relay race in the United States, consisting of (a maximum of ) 12-person teams that will rotate through 36 transition areas as they cover the approximate 200 mile distance of the race.
The Alzheimer’s Association MA/NH Chapter is an official charitable partner of RTB, and in 2009, 15 teams ran for Alzheimer’s disease and raised over $66,000!
Runners
Join us on Friday & Saturday, September 17-18 2010, starting in Cannon Mountain, Franconia, NH and finishing in Hampton Beach State Park, Hampton Beach, NH.
Runners may register as a Standard Team (7-12 runners) or Ultra Team (4-6 runners.) The fundraising minimum is $4,000 per team, and the registration fee ($1,160/Standard or $660/Ultra) is waived.
Benefits of team membership include individualized training support from our experienced coach, group training runs, great team spirit and camaraderie, and athletic gear. The ultimate benefit is knowing that you’re helping raise critical funds for Alzheimer’s research, and to support those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and their families.
