The Retired Officer
Once there was a retired officer who to this point was living a great life.
This guy had a large family who loved him very much.
This guy had a marvelous wife and five beautiful children.
He also had many grandchildren who always came together with him.
When they came to see him, he was the happiest man alive.
Slowly the old man and old woman were visited less and soon the old man was so old, that he began to forget things and he did not understand why.
The old man also began to sleep in more and go to bed later.
Eventually, the wife took him to the doctor so that they could figure out why this was happening.
The old man and old woman learned that he had been struck by A.D.
When the man got older, his life became slow and repetitive.
On most mornings, he would wake up, eat, feel dizzy, and go back to the bedroom.
Day after day, the old man became more tired and the old women became more stressed.
Also as the years went on, the old man was unable to do things on his own.
The wife helped him shower, shave, and other daily things.
To this day, the man lives peacefully in a small house.
This guy lives a happy life, but he himself will never know that he was struck by A.D.
This retired officer is my grandfather.
