The North Shore Alzheimer's Partnership will host it's 11th Annual Conference, designed for both family and professional caregivers. The day involves a keynote address, resource fair, a choice of 1 of 3 workshops, and a wrap up address. Speakers include experts in the fields of medicine, legal affairs, neurology and Alzheimer's care.

This two-part series discusses the nature of memory loss: lifestyle changes that can help including diet, exercise, mental exercises, social engagement, medications and vitamins; the basics of legal and financial planning; assembling your healthcare team; safety and driving; new methods of communication and services you may need.
This program is designed especially for individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment or early-stage Alzheimer’s disease and their family members.
Early-stage persons and care-partners must attend together. This course is free of charge and has limited enrollment. Pre-registration is required and location will be given at that time.
