Join us for a free seminar presented by The Southeastern Massachusetts Alzheimer’s Partnership. This informative discussion is designed to provide more information and resources for family members caring for someone with Alzheimer's Disease.
A moderated panel of professionals will offer caregivers information on a range of topics including: --Legal & Financial Issues --Housing & Mortgages --Community Services such as Adult Day Health Care & Homecare Services --Care Settings such as Assisted Living & Long Term Care --Hospice --State Elder Care Agencies --Alzheimer's Association

When a grandparent or other loved one is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, it can be the children of the family who need the most support. This hour will be devoted to learning about the disease through the eyes of a child. Come by for a Story Hour and age appropriate discussion on Alzheimer’s Disease. There will also be an opportunity for children to make Memory Boxes to take home to share with their loved one.
