An education program for the general public on awareness of memory loss and brain health.
This program covers the basics of Alzheimer's disease and dementia, lifestyle strategies for brain health, and a review of the services offered free of charge to families and caregivers by the Alzheimer's Association.

This two-part series discusses the nature of memory loss: lifestyle changes that can help including diet, exercise, mental exercises, social engagement, medications and vitamins; the basics of legal and financial planning; assembling your healthcare team; safety and driving; new methods of communication and services you may need.
This program is designed especially for individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment or early-stage Alzheimer’s disease and their family members.
Early-stage persons and care-partners must attend together. This course is free of charge and has limited enrollment. Pre-registration is required and location will be given at that time.
