The Basic Training seminar is designed for professionals and former family caregivers who want to become facilitators for Alzheimer caregiver support groups. The program focuses on the fundamentals of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias , group dynamics, special problems and concerns in Alzheimer caregiver groups, group management and promotion, and group leader roles and responsibilities.
Time: 10am to 4pm
Cost: $75* includes materials, CEUs and lunch.
