Caregiver Groups by City or Town (please note that some cities have multiple groups) Affiliated Support Groups In October 2009, the Alzheimer's Association will begin affiliating support groups. The groups listed below are the first to be affiliated more will be added throughout 2009 into 2010. Groups that are affiliated with the Alzheimer’s Association, MA/NH Chapter are for family members and caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s or a related disorder, have leaders that have training from the Alzheimer’s Association and agree to continue to keep up-to-date on their knowledge of Alzheimer’s, are confidential and free of charge, and have quality assurance measures in place.
